When choosing a travel destination, the continent of Asia should be highly considered. In recent years, several of the countries within this area have launched extensive efforts to make themselves more enticing for travelers. Macau is the largest and most developed of these areas as it features over 33 different casinos in one area. Many Las Vegas style casinos, like the Venetian, have been built here or older casinos have undergone intensive renovations to add in modernized games and amenities. Macau has become the Vegas of the Eastern World and has also become known as the Monte Carlo of the Orient. When compared to Las Vegas, this area actually has higher revenue with more of an international draw.
One popular casino here is the Galaxy Macau which is found along a region known as the Cotai Strip. This area is analogous to what the Vegas Strip is to the City of Las Vegas. Many casinos are found along the Cotai Strip.

A lot of effort and planning went in to the design of the Galaxy Macau. One of the swimming pools has actually been constructed as part of a beach with real sand.
While an older casino, the Casino Lisboa is another top Macau casino. The shape of the casino is that of the exotic lotus flower which makes it quite distinctive when viewing the skyscape. Since its renovation projects over the years, the casino is quite modern. Like the Galaxy Macau, expect to find more than usual games at the Casino Lisboa Complex. Visitors can enjoy some fun at the casino’s night club as well as dine in one of the six restaurants located here. Of these six restaurants, four have been Michelin starred restaurants making the complex the only one in the world with such high ranking places to dine. Macau is a true gambles paradise and is a fantastic destination to enjoy a holiday mixed with high rolling gambling action and exotic asian culture.
