Grand Traverse Resort and Spa – Romance Done Right
Getting away for a weekend of romance and relaxation should be on every couples’ list. We always have a little snafu when planning a weekend getaway. Our snafu has a name, and her name is Zoe, our 70 lb Weimaraner. While visiting Traverse City, Michigan we were looking forward to a weekend of fine dining and spa treatments, but no one wants to have to wake up early to walk the pooch and make sure she is fed and happy while also trying to enjoying a weekend of romance. The Grand Traverse Resort and Spa has an ace up there sleeve and treated us to a weekend we would never forget, Zoe included. We had a complete weekend of romance done right!

Tucked away in the mountainous Western portion of this vast state, is The Ranch at Rock Creek. It’s a luxury vacation destination that is making it possible to enjoy the beauty and solitude of Montana in the heart of winter. I took one look at this place and I only had one question, where do I sign up?

The Splendid Splendor Farms of Bush, LA
On our last visit to Louisiana we did something we never ever do…we ventured out of New Orleans! If you are anything like us, the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Louisiana is Bourbon Street. Well, we decided we needed to branch out and see what the rest of the state had to offer. We decided to Ramble On through Louisiana and our first stop was a little town called Bush. Our stay here was at a wonderful pet-friendly B&B called Splendor Farms.
