Here are four of some of the most promising events to look forward to throughout September and October.
September 23
Fall Family Fest
at Water Works Park
1710 N Highland Avenue
Tampa Bay Moms Group has put together a spectacular event for families to enjoy. Not only is admission free, but it comes with a lot of great things like swag bags and a chance at other giveaways. There will be a lot of great health screening here as well as information on local services for families and a shopping area. Children will love the popular characters in costume roaming around the park!
September 29
Fall Festival
at Hyde Park Village
744 South Village Circle
This Fall Festival benefits the organization High Risk Hope. The entire street will be filled with food trucks, vendors selling craft beer, games for children, and live entertainment. Last year drew a pretty big crowd, and you can expect the same great turn out this time around.
October 16
Tampa Bay Food Fight Battle of the Bay
at Armature Works
1910 North Ola Avenue
Come watch two chefs from the area battle it out for the crown that makes them “Best of the Bay”! It’s a lot of fun to witness the competition first hand. Guests get to decide on the best restaurant, best cocktail, and best craft beer of the night. Auctions will be happening, and there will be live music here. It will certainly be interesting to see which chef wins!
October 20
Whiskey Tampa Foxtrot
at Epicurean Hotel
1207 South Howard Avenue
Are you a fan of whiskey? If so, this event will be right up your alley. There will be more than 200 types of whiskey to sample as well as cheese and charcuterie to go around. If you do want to drink and have fun out on the town, preparing transportation such as Tampa Limo Bus is a good idea.
